My practice has hit a kind of plateau lately. There isn't a lot to say about it. I could almost create a form and just check off the appropriate responses every day:

I think we should have a software like Cron-o-meter for our yoga practice and then we would chart our progress and comment on each other's stats. We could tell each other things like, "hmm, your trends tell me your hips are not opening enough; spend a few extra minutes in badda konasana tomorrow".
