WoYoPracMo, Day 8.
I taught four classes today so I didn't have much energy left over for practice. Teaching three classes never seems to phase me, but four totally wipes me out, or maybe it's because I taught three the night before. Or maybe I've been really lazy in December and just need to get with the programme! ;-)
At any rate, I didn't have it in me to do a full practice so I did the sun salutations, standing poses and called it a day. Finis.
